Yes we ship worldwide; different shipping options are available at the checkout
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders that the parts are in stock, if placed before 3pm, are usually dispatched same day (we will notify you if any parts are out of stock)
How do you ship my order?
For New Zealand addresses we use New Zealand Couriers. Delivery is usually next day (allow 2 -3 days for rural addresses), Please note we are unable to courier to PO Boxes they have to be posted
For international orders there are a couple of shipping options to select from at the checkout, International Air Mail is an untracked option and can take up 21 business days for delivery (except for Australia), FedEx is a tracked quicker option
How do I track my order?
Tracking is available via the New Zealand Couriers website, www.nzcouriers.co.nz, when selecting ticket type you will need to select customer printed label, our customer number can be found on your invoice (this will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched,2357687) this is followed by a consignment number. This number begins with EFW.
For international FedEx shipments you will receive an email tracking link.
How do I set up a trade account?

How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since1982. Hi-Q Electronics Ltd was registered as a Company in 1984. Now trading as Hi-Q Components.
Can I return my products if they do not fit?
Please contact us via phone or email sales@hiq.co.nz before returning any products. If the return is accepted, goods are to be returned at the customers cost and within 1 week. In regards to Electronic components, unfortunately once they have left the premise we are unable to accept them back (unless of course it is a faulty product). Goods must be in original unused condition, in original packaging and a copy of the invoice / packing slip must be included with the return. See terms and conditions for full disclosure.
I can’t find the size I need; can you make it?
In some cases we can have parts manufactured (depending on qty and material) or we could be able to source them elsewhere for you. We recommend emailing a picture / dimensions of what you are looking for to sales@hiq.co.nz
Do you offer trade pricing ?
We don't have separate trade or retail pricing. We offer volume discounts, the volume price breaks can be seen if you click on the red arrow next to the price shown. All customers receive the same volume price breaks.
However if you are a reseller we offer a reseller discount if a Hi-Q reseller account is set up and approved. Contact sales@hiq.co.nz if you would like to set up an account.
Do you do multiple rebagging for customers?
Yes we can rebag to suit your requirements, for example, 1000 bulk stock into 20 bags of 50, we do however quote and charge for this. Please contact us with your requirement and we will be happy to quote.
