Plastic vinyl long caps are great as thread protectors, masking, nut covers & insulators they also ideal for protecting long bolts and providing a clean finish to the end of a tube, the flexible vinyl stretches to form a tight seal even over odd shapes.
As the caps are soft & flexible we suggest an undersized diameter for a tight fit, for example, if your OD is 12.7mm use an 11.10mm short cap.
